If you need to cancel from a class/activity, please call the Community Education office at 763-689-6189 (Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 4:00pm.
All class cancellations are subject to a $5.00 processing charge once your registration has been processed. To receive a refund (less the $5.00 processing charge) you must notify us at least three business days before a class begins unless a specific cancellation deadline is listed in the class description. In the event of a cancellation less than three business days prior to the start of class, NO refund will be issued. Full refunds will be issued if a class is cancelled by our office.
If you paid for your class/activity with a credit/debit card the amount will be returned onto the card. If you paid with cash or check a check will be issued. Keep in mind that it may take up to 30 days for a check to be sent to you.
